- Biography: Alexis Texas’ career started in October 2006 after meeting some people who worked for the adult film company called Shane’s World. She was working at a college bar, and those people approached her and convinced her to appear in their film entitled Shane’s World’s College Amateur Tour In Texas. She showed some great skills and her talent, and that’s how she entered the adult film industry. The work for Bang Bros followed, and then in March 2007 she came to Los Angeles to work for the LA Direct modeling agency. The next year an adult actress, Belladonna, released her movie called Discovering Alexis Texas, and that same year Alexis won Night Moves Award for Best New Starlet (Fan’s Choice). Her performances for companies such as Bang Bros, Brazzers, Wicked Pictures and Elegant Angel brought her a nomination for AVN Female Performer of the Year in 2009. She also launched her own business, Alexis Texas Entertainment, which is a subsidiary of Starlet Entertainment Group, and at the same time she launched her official website. She made her crossover debut to mainstream movies in 2011, starring in the comedy horror film Bloodlust Zombies.
